Dominica biggest concern is to feed her proteges, 79 of them. She reduced to 49 and has to shrink it more, probably breakfast only as inflation takes its toll: 30% per year since 2 years and NO salary increase for the poor, so she can't raise tuition accordingly. 1 lb of chicken went from 14 pesos to 36 and is out of reach for her unless there are generous donors like the canadian ( for Christmas dinner) or Jean Dye for 3 kings. Also Dominica's cell phone got stolen so the 834 no no longer works and I am not aware of another cell phone for Dominica
