THE GREAT PYRAMID AND TOTH*

"The Great Pyramid on the Giza plateau of Egypt is a multi-dimensional entity in stone. It has many functions and sacred programs of Light inserted within it. This structure, which we call the "Temple of the Risen One," is supported in its multi-dimensional work by the other temple-pyramids on the Giza Plateau (the Temple of the Oracle and the Temple of the Fifth World), which we refer to as the "Solar Table."

In this transmission, we address only one facet of the mighty crystal that is the Temple of the Risen One and its complex on the Solar Table. Yet this is a vital facet to the current age of humanity and the portal through which the planet is traveling into the "beyond" of a greater world--that of the "New Earth Star" ascended reality.
hibisacroquer.jpg (19160 octets)In the stone structure of the Temple of the Risen One, are meridians which carry rays or impulses of consciousness. These meridians we will call "star paths," for the ancients called them "the shadow-halls of the stars." They knew from even more distant legend, that the "Star Lords" had placed "long-shadows" of the cosmic beings (stars) across the Temple of the Risen One. These "shadows" had opened halls or paths in the stone for the soul to travel. The star paths then, are consciousness streams programmed by super-intelligence into the stone of the Great Pyramid. They are not the "air" shafts (which serve other purposes), but invisible highways of Light-intelligence cris-crossing deep within the stone.
At certain points of linear time in the earth, specific star paths are activated. By this we mean that they begin to send their consciousness streaming into the collective consensual reality of the planet. In this way, all human souls may benefit through the stimulation of their own spiritual intelligence in areas of thought which are resonant to the consciousness contained in the activated star paths of the Great Pyramid.
In the past, many inventions, discoveries and other breakthroughs in awareness in the world have transpired as a result of the activation of the star paths in the library of stone which is the Temple of the Risen One. By this, we do not claim that ALL breakthroughs in great thought on earth are a result of the star path activation in the Great Pyramid. Again, this is only one facet in the greater crystal of earth-cosmic consciousness. The greater picture is far more complex, for this function within the Great Pyramid-Temple is only one part of a greater whole.

The earth is now coming upon a series of intense activations of star paths in the Great Pyramid. The activations occur with or soon after solar flares and other cosmic alignments, as well through direct releases of seals over consciousness zones in the earth by the universal hierarchy. Once the initial activations occur, the next stage is the transference of the consciousness codes contained within the star paths into the planetary consciousness. This is often a much slower and convoluted procedure due to the fractured reality in which earth's kind currently dwells. In this transmission, we are proposing a means for individuals in the "Age of Communication" to engage and aid in the transference of these star path activations into the planetary consciousness in a way that would benefit their world.

We will give you a series of numbers that are psychotronically (higher radionics) sensitive in the particular orders in which we will reveal them. The numbers in these specific orders will be accompanied by certain symbols which will further "specify" their frequency. These number codes are access points for the star path consciousness. If you feel so guided to participate, all of you who receive these number codes, may utilize them in the following ways:

1) Before you go to sleep at night, mentally "send" these number codes into the planetary consciousness field, simply by forming an intention that this is what you are accomplishing.
2) Place these number codes into a file on your computer (simply save this e-mail to a special location where it won't get deleted).
3) Send these number codes through the Internet to others via e-mail.
4) Place these number codes on websites.

Understand that as these number codes PASS THROUGH or are HELD IN the electronic medium of the Internet, so they become extremely sensitive to the planetary consciousness grid. By sending and holding these codes in the worldwide electronic system, they form a LIGHT PATTERN that serves as an integrational field for passing star path quantums of consciousness into the planetary mind. NBCFLOAT.jpg (9525 octets)
The numbers and identification symbols are as follows:

447689001: six silver bands of light surrounding a golden egg
380905224: a blue lotus flower suspended in the starry vault of Orion
105802291: a white rose as seen from directly above the center point of its full blossom, containing 72 petals with a diamond at the point of each petal
778540211: the Emerald Tablet of Thoth radiating fire letters of gold from the polished surface of the emerald stone

Although the physical capstone of the Great Pyramid was destroyed (all but the gold plates containing the circuitry codes which were once inside the physical capstone), the greater geometry of Light from which the Great Pyramid's capstone was an elemental duplication still exists. This greater geometry capstone we call the "Capstone of JERICHO." We, of the Chariot of the Sun (the merkabah of 2,197 [13x13] souls which is itself capstoned by Thoth), have inserted a Light program into the Capstone of JERICHO which will greatly facilitate the integration of the star paths within the Temple of the Risen One into the planetary consciousness grid. We are choosing to call this Light program "RA'STAR 2000." A brief description of this Light program is as follows:

RA'STAR 2000 is a hierarchically generated planetary "oversoul" which allows earth's humanity to work within a stabilized consciousness bridge to the New Earth Star future ascended reality of earth. Using the RA'STAR 2000, this bridging will be able to take place in the midst of the increasingly distorted sacred geometries of the Old Earth reality. The distortion of these Old Earth sacred geometries will be increasing as the planet moves through the magnetic solar, magnetic planetary and other cosmic influences which are beginning to effect the planet in very tangible ways, and will continue to do so into the future right up to the point of planetary ascension.
The RA'STAR 2000 Light program creates a new geometry bridge or oversoul, so that humanity can work with BOTH forms (OLD and NEW) and not become entirely enmeshed in the warping affect which causes the distortion. More information in the future.
"The shadow-halls open to the Initiate who walks the star-way. It is he who quickens the womb of fire in the hallows of the earth and responds to the soul of time."

ESSENTIAL OILS & THE RESPIRATORY SYSTEM

With the cold season coming up, we thought you might like to know we are well equiped to help (with our  Breathing * Conifer * Immune Up * Adrenals Balance * Endocrine + Asthma etc). For the availability of these oils or diffusers, go to our products section above or click http://www.4dshift.com/products/oils.htm and for recommendations by our alchemist Mikael Zayat, click here: http://www.4dshift.com/products/faq_oils.htm.

Now you will find  excerpts from   Aromatherapy: A Complete Guide to the Healing Art, written by Kathi Keville and Mindy Green in 1995. It is a true encyclopedia on oils and published by Crossing Press. We chose their Respiratory System, Boosting Immunity and Glandular System recommendations.
Afflictions of the respiratory system include irritation and infection of the ears, nose and throat. Respiratory problems also may involve congestion, which can be decreased by inhaling rosemary (especially the verbenone type), hyssop (use var. decumbens only), tea tree, eucalyptus, lavender or peppermint. Cypress helps dry up a persistent runny nose, and peppermint, tea tree and eucalyptus reduce sinus infection. Anise and cypress help reduce coughing.

lakequebec.jpg (10664 octets)Many asthma sufferers wage a constant battle with low-level congestion. Don't use essential oils during an asthma attack, but between attacks try a chest rub of German chamomile, frankincense or lavender. The chamazulene in chamomile releases cortisone from the adrenals. During an asthma attack, give a bath or treat the feet with these oils. (Hyssop can also be used).
90% of respiratory ailments are caused by viruses. Oils of thyme, rosemary, peppermint, ravensare, tea tree, eucalyptus, bergamot, black pepper, melissa and hyssop inhibit most flu viruses. Lemon and eucalyptus oils are effective against bacteria that cause staph, strep and pneumonia infections. A 2% dilution makes an effective antiseptic gargle or vapor steam.
Steam treatment carries essential oils directly to sinuses and lungs, and provides warm, moist air to help open nasal and bronchial passages. To do a steam, boil a pan of water, turn off the heat, cool 1 minute, add 3-6 drops of essential oils to the water, and use a towel to corral the steam around your head as you breathe deeply. Essential oils can also be used in many humidifiers, or as an ingredient in steamy hot bath water.  If steaming is impractical-at the office, say, or while traveling-inhale a tissue scented with the oils, or make your own:

Homemade Nasal Inhaler
2 drops eucalyptus    2 drops rosemary
1 drop peppermint          1 tablespoon rock salt

Place a few pieces of rock salt in a vial and add the oils. The salt will quickly absorb the oil. Inhale.

zinia.jpg (19902 octets)An aromatic diffuser -a glass piece connected to a small electrical compressor- (4Dshift carry them) disinfects the atmosphere by releasing droplets of essential oil as a cool, fine mist. One advantage to using a diffuser is that the essential oil vapor can be directed into the nose, throat or even ear passages. It can be turned on in a sickroom for 10 to 15 minutes every hour to clear airborne bacteria.
Do not use thick oils such as vetiver, sandalwood, vanilla, myrrh and benzoin in a diffuser unless they are diluted with a thin oil-such as the citruses, eucalyptus or rosemary-or mixed with alcohol. If oils sit too long in a diffuser, they oxidize and thicken. Also, expressed citrus oils often contain sediment that may clog a diffuser. To clean or unclog it, soak the glass unit in alcohol and unplug the opening with a pin or toothpick. Rinse and air dry.

If you don't have a diffuser, simply combine water and essential oils in a spray bottle. Studies show that a two-percent dilution of eucalyptus oil kills 70 percent of airborne staph bacteria. 4Dshift has 2 wonderful blends: breathing or conifer or make your own:

Disinfectant Room Spray
3 drops eucalyptus     1 drop peppermint
2 drops pine        1 drop tea tree
2 drops bergamot    1 ounce of water

Combine ingredients. Shake well before using. The combination is also suitable as a chest rub. (Replace the water in this recipe with a carrier oil.)
Generations of Europeans, especially singers, have gargled sage, thyme or marjoram tea sweetened with honey to relieve laryngitis and tonsillitis. A few drops of essential oils diluted in two ounces of water may also do the trick. In case of sore throat, gargle frequently, at least every half-hour.

Throat Spray/Gargle
1/2 cup thyme or sage herb tea
3 drops each cypress, lemon, tea tree

Shake well to disperse the oils before each use. For a gargle, half a teaspoon of salt may be dissolved into the solution.

For lung congestion a salve or a massage oil containing essential oils can be rubbed over the chest, back and throat. The oils will be absorbed through the skin and lungs as the vapor is inhaled. Place a flannel fabric on the chest after rubbing in the oil to increase warmth. Commercial "vapor balms" still use derivatives of essential oils (or their synthetic-oil counterparts), such as thymol from thyme and menthol from mint, in a petroleum ointment base. Natural alternatives are also sold in natural-food stores.

Vapor Balm
2 teaspoons peppermint oil     3 teaspoons eucalyptus oil
1 teaspoon thyme oil (chemotype linalol is best)
1 cup olive oil       3/4 ounce beeswax

Melt beeswax into olive oil over very low heat. Cool a bit, add essential oils and stir. (Be sure to keep your face away from the oils as you stir them in). Allow to harden. Store at room temperature.

Boosting Immunity

Natural remedies increase the body's resistance to disease by improving its ability to fight infection. No single essential oil will heal a person, but many plants have immune-modulating properties. As with any natural healing modality, essential oils should not be solely relied upon in cases of serious illnesses-but they may be integrated into any therapeutic program.

ecchinacea2.jpg (23984 octets)Lavender, lemon, bergamot, thyme, chamomile, pine, sandalwood, myrrh and vetiver stimulate production of infection-fighting white corpuscles. The antiviral action of certain essential oils is one of their most valuable attributes-especially since allopathic medicine has little to offer. Essential oils with terpenoid compounds are very specific, notably the citruses and pine oils, as well as some oils in the phenol group. Building health is the best insurance against contracting illness. The following blend helps build the body's natural resistance.

Basic Immune Tonic Blend
3 drops lavender     3 drops tea tree
2 drops bergamot     2 drops ravensare
2 drops eucalyptus       10 drops Caulophyllum inophyllum
1 ounce carrier oil (calendula-infused)

Use as a body oil daily in the bath as part of a health-maintenance program, or to treat acute conditions such as cold or flu.

Glandular System

In his book The Holistic Herbal, David Hoffmann states: "It is in the complexities of our inner control systems that mind meets body most closely. If consciousness is seen as a faculty of the brain, then the partnership of nervous system and endocrine glands acts as a bridge linking consciousness and body." The glandular system includes the pituitary, thyroid, parathyroid, adrenals, pancreas, pineal, thymus and gonads (ovaries or testes). Endocrine glands secrete and release hormones directly into the bloodstream. Receptor sites for different hormones in each cell trigger changes or reactions in the cell's metabolism. Fatigue is probably the biggest complaint of North Americans and often results from overworked adrenals. Jobs, family, noise pollution and the stresses of today's busy lifestyles all contribute. Drinking coffee and other caffeine beverages puts an extra burden on already overworked adrenal glands. Pine and spruce help revive adrenals. A massage or bath with the blend given below supports adrenal function, but don't forget to schedule time to relax!

Adrenal Support
4 drops pine (Pinus sylvestris)   4 drops spruce (Picea mariana)
2 drops lavender   1 ounce carrier oil

This blend can be used in the bath or as a massage. For extra stimulation, add 2 drops rosemary.

KEN PAGE on Imprints and Love

Here are excerpts of an interview with Ken Page by Sheri Edwards* of  KQST FM in Sedona, Arizona.
Ken: "I developed the skills of a hypnotherapist, and began incorporating my scanning and empathic abilities to find the imprints that all of us carry on our bodies. My work today is not based around hypnotherapy, rather, it is based on a state when we are in a conscious or heightened state of awareness, as we connect and reflect our Higher Self. The funny fact  is that most of us are in an altered state of awareness most of the time, and the trick is actually to bring the person to a state of full consciousness. For those of you who think you have never been in an altered state, think about where you really are every time you go into the past or the future, or when you drive your car somewhere and don't remember how you got there, or even what happens to you every time you make love.

naturespirit.jpg (26349 octets)What exactly are imprints?
An imprint is some type of situation that we have not completely understood, or been clear with in the past, whatever linear time is for each of us. Most often these imprints have a base or a start in what the client reports as a past life. However, there may not really be such a thing as a past life-it all may simply be stories that our subconscious gives to us so that we can look at something in a slightly different way and therefore understand it more fully. Belief in past lives is not necessary for this system of healing and clearing to work. It does seem easier for most of us to think in linear terms. What is happening more and more is that we are all going holographic, to the extent that we can handle it. Whatever is the case, something has happened to us, perhaps in the past, where someone might have grabbed us, or touched us, and we did not understand the event completely at that time.
The lack of full understanding causes the imprint to be formed on our body. What I mean by understanding is really a four part process. The physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects or parts to any lesson all have to be understood by us, simultaneously. Most often there was something that occurred on one or all of those four levels that we didn't quite get, or understand clearly. The lack of understanding is what caused the imprint, or lesson record to form on a particular part of our body. Our Higher Self doesn't want us to lose or miss anything, so it saves it for us to look at another time, when we may be able to put all the pieces together. Therefore, as long as something has happened to us that we didn't understand completely, (physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually), we will still wear that imprint on our body today, no matter where in our history that event occurred. This particular system or method of healing will find out what that missing piece of the lesson is.

One of the most common patterns we find on about 99.99% of  the people is some sort of imprint or patterns around the wrists or hands. For example, what if in a past life, you were tied up, held, or jailed in some way, where your hands were restricted from their full movement. This has probably happened to most of us at one time or another. Even if this has not happened to us physically, perhaps there might have been a time when we felt held back in some way either mentally or emotionally. Whatever the case, the real reason or lesson behind a wrist imprint probably would be about an issue involving the use of power and control. Certainly if we are going to fully learn about power and control, someone will, at some point, come into our lives to take it away. In any event, let us just say that in a past life or event, someone has our hands tied or held in some way. It was probably about something they wanted us to do that we didn't want to, or wouldn't do, or it was something they wanted us to stop doing, and we had kept on doing it anyway. The person or persons that had us held, probably also had a lot of negative thoughts, projections, or energy around what was happening, and projected those ideas onto to us. We would probably either be scared, or be angry in return for them doing this to us. There would be a lot of mental and emotional energy and thoughts that would be generated by both sides. It is the combination of that energy, with that part of us that does not understand fully what is happening to us, or why, that causes the imprint to be formed on our bodies. Physically we might understand what was happening, and maybe even to some degree we might be able to sort out why on an emotional, and mental level. However, spiritually is the part where I believe that we are the most vulnerable and open to misinterpreting or not understanding how what has happened, or what is about to happen, fits into the big picture of our life. The event of being tied up, the pain, the uncertainty, and perhaps even the death that is to come as a result of an event like this, is not what we originally came in to learn.

Basically all of us have come in to learn some facet of love, or unconditional love, including some polarity that was positive when we were with Source. Now, within our third dimensional physical world we experience the opposite polarity of that feeling or emotion, and this is where the subconscious mind says it might not be safe to love any longer, because of the way we died in that lifetime. If this situation occurs, the subconscious mind will develop a program that it might not be safe to love, or that in order to have love in our lives, we first have to have pain and suffering. All we would have to do is to come into this lifetime, experience the same type of energy that was projected onto us during those past circumstances, and we are off and running back into the lesson that the imprint and program are still helping us to focus on and understand.

Why do you suppose it was all set up this way?
It seems real obvious, that if we are learning the polarities of unconditional love, or all the aspects of what makes up unconditional love, in order to completely learn and reflect it, and achieve the compassion that goes with true unconditional love, we would have to experience every aspect of it, both negatively, and positively. Let us say that I have 'unconditional love' for you. The first thing that you did or said that I didn't like, I would pull myself back. By doing this, pulling myself in, I would also separate myself from that unconditional love. This separation would send me back into linear time to a place where I would have to look at the original event of separation, the formation of that part that has now resurfaced to judge you and what you said or did. It is not until we can learn and master all the different polarities of unconditional love, that we can stay in the moment, and be in unconditional love. I believe this whole process of energetic interaction and relationship is a very interesting and complete way we can pick up all the parts of unconditional love that we need to learn and understand. All we have to do is to pick up a piece of polarity in our lives, or with those around us, and it immediately brings us into our lesson. In order to facilitate this whole process, we find mates, partners, friends, or jobs that have a similar reflection or polarity. That will always keep us in our stuff, until we can completely understand all the aspects of it.

How do we begin to go beyond this way of learning and understanding?
The first and foremost way to do this would be to stop projecting. We have all been basically trained in ways to project ourselves, from a very young age, through all forms of social behavior and religion. Most of us who are in the metaphysical world project our thoughts, our ideas, and even who we are, outward, so other people know who we are, and what we are about. In almost every instance of our life, for example when we are in love, when we are seeking a job, when we wish to create, help, or heal, we end up projecting part of ourselves outside of our own space. What happens is an interesting phenomena. For instance, if I were to project love out onto you, it would immediately cause an interesting reaction and interaction to take place. In truth, I do not really know what your lessons are, or what you are spiritually here to understand. I don't know if you are presently learning humility, or guilt, or patience, or anger, or hatred.
There are literally thousands, or even millions of different combinations of polarities that you may have chosen to try to master this time around. Whatever you have chosen will serve to help you find unconditional love within yourself. Finding that unconditional love for ourselves, within ourselves, is what I believe all of us are here doing, to some degree or another. Most of us are doing well just to know what we ourselves are learning. Whatever, even if I believe I am projecting something positive onto you, a part of you will probably feel it to be a type of psychic attack, or personal judgment. Immediately, even if this is only understood and felt on the subconscious level, the two of us will immediately get into an energetic exchange. As a result, I find that most of the people that I am working with are getting psychically roughed up, or beaten up, all the time, and they don't know why. What I recommend is to pull yourself back into your own personal space, to project nothing, and to look for unconditional love for yourself which means every aspect of yourself.

So this is all about the process of learning to love yourself. Over the years we have heard that so many times.  People have a tendency to shrug this off and say, 'of course, I love myself,' but that is not always the case. Is loving yourself really an energetic thing, rather than something that can be defined?

planetforming.jpg (17635 octets)Yes it is. It is really getting in and loving every part of yourself. If you are tall, or short, if you are overweight, or underweight, these things are all part of us. It no longer is a question of saying that you love yourself-it doesn't have anything to do with telling others. If we can continue to love and accept all parts of ourselves, what will eventually happen is that we will get to a place where we will become, actually be a being that has the unconditional love as part of our presence. That is the state of being that we are all looking for. It does not matter anymore that you would find, for instance, a mate outside of yourself to reflect something, or some part of you, so that you could discover who you are. It no longer has anything to do with looking outside of ourselves. It has only to do with looking inside of ourselves and our issues. This is why it is so important to know what your issues are. You will continue to co-create situations in your current day world to reflect to yourself what your issues truly are. The main thing you want to understand is to know what you are working on. One of the things I know I am dealing with personally is humility, and it always seems to be in my face... We need to know clearly what we are creating now, and also how to change or modify it.

Is unconditional love and acceptance the goal for everyone?
With ourselves, for sure. What I think happens is fairly simple, if we could only understand it. When you are in that place of creation, the other important element we need to add is getting ourselves to the place between the past and the future. Most of us are not in the moment. Most of us are playing over a program of, 'I wish I had done something different in the past, I wish I had said that, I wish I had heard that, and so forth.' Either that, or we are in the future with thoughts such as: 'As soon as I get this done, I'll be that, or as soon as I have this, I'll be that.' What happens is that we miss the moment. Being in the moment is critical because it is the finest reflection of Source. If you are in that place of loving yourself, present in the moment, having compassion, a wonderful and powerful thing will happen. Your entire beingness will radiate out that compassion, and that is what I believe we are here to do.

Does that always mean that you are going to have, or need to have, unconditional love for everyone else around you? Sometimes there seems to be a fine line about unconditional love and being a doormat.

What I am suggesting is to absolutely not project anything outward, not even unconditional love. I don't believe you can even have unconditional love for others until you have established it within yourself. Then, it would be an automatic thing. It becomes a state of being without judgment. If you can stay in compassion, judgment won't even enter the picture. Everyone is always perfect. Whatever they say, and do, wherever they are is perfect, because you are in balance with yourself. I believe the keys to the whole process of learning and being, is to stay in the moment. If anything gets into your space and triggers a reaction, do your best to look in your linear past to understand where it all started, and what you are learning from it. This is a way to be aware of exactly what you are creating, and why you are creating it. Anytime you find yourself out of the moment, examine where you went, (past, future) and what sent you there.

The next thing is to do what you love to do, as often as you can. If that is singing, dancing, playing, or whatever, no matter what it is, or what it looks like to someone else, do it as often as you can. A real key to creating without distortion is to not create when you are in the past or in the future. Only create when you are in that place of doing what you love to do, in the moment. Most of us create when we are under deadlines, when we are under pressure to make a decision or to pay bills, or similar types of circumstances. When we are in such a place, we are not in our true place of center, fully expressing who we really are, or what we love to do. In those times and places, our creations will contain some measure of distortion, sometimes just a little, and sometimes a whole lot. By creating in the moment, as you are doing what you really love to do, it will break the patterns you are in. And do not project anything while you are in the state of creating.   We need to let go of how we are holding on to any situation that we wish to change for it to change or be different. Unless we let go of how we are holding on to it (by our projections, or expectations), there is no space or room for it to come back in a different way.

ALMINE*: Cease to Need

"Self-sufficiency is not self-denial and self-containment is not self-centeredness. In fact, he or she who has ceased to need enjoys all experience and relationships fully and exuberantly, succumb in the knowledge that their being is their sustenance. They are easily pleased in life’s grand adventures for they walk in balance their footing secure. They hold on to all things, including belief systems, with a light hand ready to let go at a moment's notice that which no longer serves their rapid unfoldment into their divinity. They follow the desires of their hearts which speaks the language of the soul purely and clearly uncluttered by anxieties of tomorrow’s survival.
Others are drawn to those who have achieved this enviable state of mind because of their unwavering steadfastness amidst the winds of change and their childlike enjoyment of the moment. Aware and present in their interaction with others, they don’t pursue relationships just to avoid their own company. They know that boredom is the result of unawareness and that in the rich gifts of silence lie life-expanding insights. It is only when we have made our peace with solitude, that we have something of worth to offer another.

The greatest lesson of relationship is to learn to love without pain. Pain is the result of unmet expectations, of entering a relationship with the need to get rather than simply enjoy. We have the sacred obligation to fulfill our own needs, for we cannot love another until we love ourselves. Many who neglect establishing a loving relationship with themselves, spend their lives taking care of the needs of others in the name of altruism. But the underlying truth is that because they feel unlovable they settle for feeling needed. In fact they trust in the permanence of a relationship in which they are providing for the needs of another far more than in a loving relationship, fearing that their "unlovableness" would cause abandonment.

nbcinnocence2.jpg (10425 octets)Parents often deny, rather than fulfill their own needs as their children’s demands and needs claim their time and energy. They abandon a relationship with their own inner child, living vicariously the childhood of their children. Their inner nurturer gives way to the external nurturer or parent and their relationship with themselves becomes so tenuous that they don’t even know the desires of their own heart and enjoyment is derived only from the lives of their children. When the children leave home, they are deprived of having had parental examples of emotionally balance adulthood and the parents are plunged into an emotional crisis of having to "find themselves."

Emotional self-reliance is found by allowing our sub-personalities of the inner nurturer, inner child, inner warrior and inner sage time to express in our lives. We need to allow an internal dialogue to take place between these personality pieces, each with its own unique perspective and function. When these sub-personalities are re-connected, we cease to need and immediately feel the pain of alienation abate. This brings balance and the side-effect of balance is joy. The resulting self-sufficiency makes us uncontrollable and unable to be manipulated by the co-dependency of others.

But how are these sub-personalities expressed? It talks us through a tough time and offers encouragement and support. In the same way that it is never too late to have a great parent, it is also never too late to have a great childhood! Our inner child is about five years old and great healing and fullness can come when we put a few childlike activities in each day:

Dropping pebbles from a bridge.
Stopping to pet a puppy on our way home.
Kicking our shoes off.
Feeding the pigeons in the park, during our lunch break.

The proper role of the inner warrior, is to guard our borders, and to guard our thoughts. It knows that through thinking thoughts that acknowledges wholeness and self-empowerment and the limitlessness of our true nature, we manifest a joyous, bountiful life. We must observe the intent behind our actions and eliminate those that stem from the need to placate, or fulfill the expectations of others. Our giving should be of life giving unto itself, issuing forth from the well-spring of our soul exuberantly and magnanimously, and to the glory of God. It is our warrior's sacred obligation to uphold these criteria in our relationship with others.

If we take time to feed the soul at least as much as we feed the body, the voice of the inner sage will impart direction and wisdom and we will not need to search for it outside ourselves. A few minutes at dawn to contemplate what we wish to accomplish during the day as we ask for divine assistance, will create a mold for the universe to fill. We will become more fully in control of the reigns of our life. If at lunch , we take ten minutes to feel the sun upon our face, the earth beneath our feet, we can gain better physical and mental health from the life-enhancing frequencies from the earth and natural spectrum of light. If at night we can look behind the appearances of events in our day at the lessons, mirrors, gifts and insights we have so masterfully manifested, we will be heeding the whispers of Spirit and render harsher lessons unnecessary. In this way we can master our destinies, and gradually, like a lotus flower unfurling its petals, the insight will blossom into an inner knowing that our being is our sustenance.
