Sessions focus upon the upper chest, shoulders, neck, face and head to help relieve stress, tension, chronic headaches, migraines and TMJ. Techniques include Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Myoskeletal Alignment, Myofacial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Acupressure, contouring strokes and Aromatherapy. After the initial phase of the program is completed an age reduction massage is administered to prolong the effects.

The Age Reduction session is a relaxing massage that improves the appearance of the face through stimulation of the underlying layers of the skin and soft tissue. This promotes a release of tension, making surface wrinkles less visible, slows down the formation of new ones, and helps keep facial muscles from giving in to its biggest enemies — gravity and time.

Studies have shown that this unique massage is a powerful tool which keeps the collagen and elastin fibers growing. With each face-lift massage the toning benefits increase because muscles have memory. Once the face is toned, it is easier to keep it in shape. Through the age reduction treatment one experiences a sense of youthful well-being but most importantly a dramatic diminishing of wrinkles.
