I started all types of drawings that show underground tunnels and locations. Many of these sketches were verified to me in the studies and reports of the Japanese scientists who went to Egypt and did work with "ultra" sonics testing inside the pyramid. They found that there were vacant cavities underneath the Sphinx and inside the pyramid. I actually drew pictures of the locations of these cavities within the pyramid and there are many many rooms that the Egyptian government will not tell you about. I got my verification from these high tech sonic readings in a special study sent by a friend. Other studies, reports have also proven my drawings to be very accurate.
How do I know that information? ‘I have never personally been to Egypt in this lifetime, but if you know sacred geometry, then you will know because everything was built from it.’ If you have a starting point… every one of the Giza structures and entrances fall at key intersection points of these sacred nodal points.

Marie: So your architectural training was very useful.
Bill: Yes. I have an Associate Degree in Architecture and Design and then one in Civil Engineering. My engineering design and experience is all about site design and site planning and I have done that now for the past twenty-five years. Site plans always fascinated me. I could see that all the site plans all over Europe, Africa and Mexico were all based on similar design layouts. I studied the ancient megalithic structures and sites. I have a drawing that actually shows the total relationship of the Stonehenge overlay with the Egyptian Giza plateau . They are identical. They use the mer-ka-ba diagram and circles. Everything is based on "three circles" circling. It is based on the truth that two came from the Oneness.  This is the architectural technique specifically used to design and build the accuracy of the Great Pyramid at Giza. Everything about this structure is based on these " three circles circling", and everything is totally interrelated. If you understand and believe this "one" principle you can apply it to everything.

So I started to draw a bunch of circles on the Giza site plan and then I overlaid them over the updated topographic map of the Giza Plateau. If you know the original "starting "point of that specific basic sacred design, everything fits!   A lot of it came from  the "awareness" I have where I just sit down and begin to draw. With channeling information but I would start drawing lines that did not make any sense. By just laying it over another drawing, the points would match perfectly.
I also have little red dots all over my chest. They are laid out in geometric figures, in special formation. They show Orion and the Great Pyramid. I took a drawing of the Great Pyramid in a plastic transparency and laid it on my chest and it fit perfectly; same with Sirius and Orion.

Marie: Have the magnetic poles shifted in the Earth several times?
Bill : Yes, certain Egyptian documents and drawings record times when the sun rose in the East and then in the same day it rose in the West. It’s in their temple drawings if you know where to look. I started to do drawings and overlays and developed the horizon as it appeared in three different times in history based on these magnetic pole shifts.
I can show astrologically how the Earth actually shifted, by overlaying the pyramid site plan of Giza. I even did an oil painting (blindfolded) which shows Orion configuration at the time of the building of the Great pyramid, not as it appears today.
The foundation, the entire site plan of the Giza plateau was designed as one total unit structure. They did come in and built one pyramid and then came back in another time period thousand of years later and built a second one and so forth.  I was able to see that even the bases of the pyramids are all specifically placed and that the information locations about the bases was known prior to the in- place construction of the pyramids. They were built with the power of the subconscious mind of the "spiritually minded" people, not by slave labor.

Marie: So it could be done in days…
Bill: Yes, relatively speaking. Not over hundreds of years. I think it took a couple of years, because it was not all built at the same time. The grand plan was laid together. Some of the technology was lost after the Great Pyramid was built, but I believe the foundations were already there.
Marie: What about the capstone ?
Bill: For this millenium the Egyptian government has put a lot of money and interest into creating a ceremony to install a golden glass capstone, at the very top. It will be goldplated. It is not solid gold and the structure itself is not very big. The purpose is camouflaged. There are some other ceremonies that are going to be going on at the same time. The understanding I have is that these ceremonies are about mind control. On December 31st at midnight there will be a very powerful linkage to bring in the New Millenium. If you have so many people linked in intention the energy is very very powerful. The government has been working with mind-controls for a very long time. It has extremely high technology. The purpose of that point in time is to capture the fear built up in you, all that energy in that moment in order to control you. That is the reason why Atlantis was destroyed and we were all part of the Atlantis group. I have had dreams upon dreams about events that actually happened. We are here now to make sure it doesn't happen again.
There also are very powerful crystals programmed within the Great Pyramid which gave the capstone its power. In past lives, I was associated with King Tut and Akhenaton.  Tut and all the followers that were associated with him (along his surrogate mother, Nefertiti) were all psychic and in telepathic communication to work within the Great Pyramid. Tut's reign as a Pharaoh from age nine to eighteen was a time period when High Priests were in charge. They were trying to use the power of the Great Pyramid for mind control. They knew the powers of the crystals that were inside the pyramid and Tut and his "group" went in to disassemble The Crystal located in one of the rooms above the King’s Chamber. By controling the minds, spiritually minded people lost their empowerment and the "dark" forces of those times (as well as now), are able to use that energy for their own use. So Tut went in, removed those crystals and hid them. That is why he was killed.
Marie: Was the capstone removed at that time?
Bill: Understand that the capstone  was not the continuation of stones to a point, but a temple on the very top, and above it was a crystal (eye). It was a very very powerful crystal, but its power came from within. The Great Pyramid was nothing but a transmitter and a receiver allowing communication with extra terrestrials beings that were there present. They are still there. The Sirians never left. They are underneath the Great Pyramid in the subterranean areas which do exist. When the crystal was removed the capstone was no longer effective as a transmitter.
Now we are again directly in line with the time of the building of the Great Pyramid. We are rebuilding it. The Great Pyramid is all about truth. We are bringing in the truth. That is what the Great Pyramid spiritual purpose is about. They knew that the truth was going to be lost. That is why they preserved it into stone monuments, hieroglyphs, texts, tablets, the Roseta stone, etc.
Everything was put into a particular awareness so that in a point in time when our technology would start to accelerate exponentially, we would be able to start understanding all of this. But the information comes from inside us. Some people call it channeling or whatever, but the light that is coming now is the awakening of the information that has been there since our times of Egypt; that's why we have this terrific love for Egypt, because we remember.

Marie: Can you talk about the Hall of Records?
Bill: The Hall of Records does exist physically within the Giza Plateau. The information that is in that space is also located within other locations throughout the world: South America, India, China, Mexico, etc. When these discoveries are made, mankind will find the same discoveries within to validate each other story of our true past. Some of these discoveries are about to happen.  It's all about transcribing the records. The Emerald Tablets is an example of the validation of the Dead Sea Scrolls which have already been transcribed by the Benedictine monks that were sworn to secrecy. They are now releasing the information about the contradictions of what religion is today and where Christianity began, the Israelites and the Hebrews, etc. All the information that Moses brought forth is better recorded in the Dead Sea Scrolls which go back to ten thousand five hundred years ago, when that information was brought in from other places. It was about the communication between other dimensions. They communicated with the star Sirius and the Pleiades etc. Now with our contact with higher dimensions we are repeating the First Times.

Marie: You said that the Hall of Records is really inside of us?
Bill: In the world of duality we live in there exists physical records. The great pyramid was built as a total model of the physical body. It works exactly the same way that the physical body does. So the Hall of Records that is there exists as the model representing the Hall of Records that is inside us. You can go within through the power of meditation and access the total consciousness, the Oneness and the Akashic records. Drunvalo Melchizedek talks about this. You can go back and read your own record, everything that is related to you. The Hall of Records we are now talking about is your own personal Hall of Records that can take you back to the beginning of time. Your own personal Hall of Records verifies all that has existed before. The opening of the Hall of Records today is to make you aware of certain things, certain truths that were known ten thousand years ago and that information is within you. It is about the spiritual nature we were way back then. What we were then … we are now. History is a spiraling cycle and it repeats itself. Time is simultaneous and the past and the present and the future are occuring as one. And why we are here in the present is to change the past.

Marie: I noticed that you talk about fifth dimension and not fourth dimension
Bill: Yes. We are in the fourth dimension right now. Fourth dimension is thought. I believe we left the third dimension a while back, when our forefathers and foremothers came here and founded the country of America. That was the change that created the freedom that we are today. The new freedom we are going to be founding in the fifth dimension. Change has to create the fifth dimension. The fifth dimension does not just pop out of nothing. The fifth dimension is created by the changes that we create today.
The spiritual awareness that we are moving into in mathematical terms is an exponential curb. So the awareness that is coming in to us right now, the Light that is coming to us --which some people call the photon belt-- that is the true knowledge. When we meditate in this white light coming to us, that is nothing but pure knowledge. It is coming in to everybody and everyone gets the same information. The difference is how you process it.

SHIFTING OF TIME  Part II

THE TIME SHIFT OF 1992: (This is the 2nd excerpt from a wonderful 28 pages article by Barry Martin*) - In the spiral toward Zero Point, the Time Shift in 1992 was also a crucial marker, because at this point in the journey to Omega-Alpha, we entered what might be analogous to a wormhole within a black hole. This passageway between dimensions was graphically depicted in the movie "Contact," when the Jodie Foster character got into the "inter-dimensional pod" and traveled through a wormhole from 3-D to a higher dimension.

At this point in the Time Spiral journey, we were no longer fully held by the womb of third-dimensional Earth, but we were not quite "born" into the higher-dimensional Earth, either. We might say that we were somewhere in the birth canal. The Time Shift of 1992 began an intensive identity-dissolution phase for humanity, after living for millions of years as third-dimensional, Earth-bound humans. We enclosed ourselves within the chrysalis, leaving 3-D life behind.
Just as 1987’s Harmonic Convergence is mirrored across the Omega-Alpha point by a Time Spiral milestone in 2013, the Time Shift of 1992 is also mirrored by an Alpha cycle that ends on July 26, 2008. During this period, new psychophysical structures will form within the emergent higher-dimensional human species. At the end of this cycle, the inter-dimensional chrysalis will crack open. This may coincide with the waning of the major Earth changes.
At the Time Shift, we entered the inter-dimensional wormhole, and began to leave the third-dimensional matrix of linear time behind. Many of us began noticing that it just didn’t feel natural anymore to live according to the clock. Time started to feel like a limiting constraint as we began to lift out of using time as a constant reference-point. As fourth-dimensional frequencies anchored into the Earth’s energy field (and thus our own), many people experienced a variety of palpable physical changes, along with other alterations that were occurring on subtler planes.

AND THE SPIRAL GOES ON ... During the 16-year period that began with the Time Shift in 1992 and extends through Omega-Alpha to July 26, 2008, higher-dimensional frequencies continue to alchemically transmute the 3-D matrix into a far more ethereal, light-infused, multidimensional vibratory field. By July 6, 2013, the higher frequencies will be fairly stabilized and integrated within the Earth’s energetic environment, and the Earth changes should be over. The core patterning and structures for the new species will be present; in essence, we will be like newborn babies, learning how to live within a new dimensional context.

THE OMEGA-ALPHA MOMENT All of these considerations eventually lead us to Omega-Alpha, the Time Spiral Zero Point, on July 26, 2000. The nature and timing of a cycle’s end can be found, in seed form, within its beginning. So, to understand Omega-Alpha, we must go back to the Spring Equinox in 2,141 B.C., and examine the causal dynamics operating at that point. You may recall the important alignments of the Pleiades and Orion with the Great Pyramid that occurred at that time. These, as we have seen, initiated the dimensional shift process that would slowly unfold within the Earth and humanity over the next several millennia. The Keys of Enoch discusses the significance of these alignments:
If we look at the Pyramid on the basis of the life shafts, we can trace evolution between our dying anti-universe on one hand and a rising, regenerating universe on the other. For the Great Pyramid is an astrophysical eye between the larger positive and negative cycles of star evolution charged by the astrophysical star shafts. These star shafts contain the resonance patterns of magnetohydromagnetic activities and function as cosmological calculators.   During previous geomagnetic cycles, the North star-shaft of the Great Pyramid originally pointed towards the circumpolar star of Alpha Draconis, and the South star-shaft pointed towards the Taurus-Orion constellation.     These alignments reveal the Pyramid as an astrophysical computer showing the present life cycle as a recapitulation of the previous life programs upon the Earth.  And when these star shafts will be understood, we will know that the Great Pyramid is the Eben Shettiyah, the foundation stone for the Living Light upon this planet. Man will see that these star shafts also indicate when the Brotherhood of Light will return during the next space time overlap to take the righteous from this three dimensional creation into the next level of pyramidal intelligence into the Many Mansion Worlds of Light.

The Great Pyramid—the foundation stone of the Earth, and the central processing unit for the global mind—participates in macro-cycles of cosmic evolution, based upon the tuning of the pyramidal circuitry as indicated by the pyramid shafts (and the alignment of the apex, which Hurtak does not mention). The pyramid’s shafts "tune" the circuitry of the pyramid as the central processing unit in the planetary grid, in which the Earth’s subtle energy/consciousness processes take place. The star alignments with the star shafts of the Pyramid chronicle the timing cycles that govern planetary evolution. During the previous cycle, the upper and lower north shafts pointed toward Alpha Draconis, Ursa Major and Ursa Minor, the foci for the dying anti-universe, and the fallen angelic Lords of Light. The south shafts pointed toward Orion and Sirius, and the rising cycle of regeneration and eternal life.

This key also provides a most important clue about the end of the cycle. It states that the pyramidal circuitry will tell us "when the Brotherhood of Light will return during the next space/time overlap to take the righteous" from this third-dimensional world into the next level of intelligence. What we shall soon see is that the various celestial-pyramidal alignments indicate that the Brotherhood of Light shall return soon, and we are within the event horizon even now.

Time Spiral began over 4,000 years ago with two key alignments of the Pleiades, Orion and Sirius with the Great Pyramid. The Pleiades appeared on the midheaven in 2141 B.C., aligned with the pyramid’s apex and capstone. This alignment energized the pyramid’s axis, where the transformative power of the pyramid lies. The Greek word pyramid translates as "fire in the middle." The "fire" in the middle of the pyramid refers to a higher-dimensional column of energy that builds in the center of the pyramid. The vertical axis of the pyramid, then, is the portal to the inter-dimensional doorway at the apex of the capstone. Whatever heavenly bodies lie overhead are directly connected to the inter-dimensional energy circuitry of the pyramid. In 2141 B.C., the Pleiades centered and focalized the entire energetic process, serving as the Mediatrix, the ultimate function of the Divine Mother energy.
The other alignment on the Spring Equinox in 2141 B.C. involved Orion and the south shaft leading into the King’s Chamber, the crucible of initiation. Within the sarcophagus in the King’s Chamber, the initiate’s soul spiraled up out of the body, exiting this dimension through the capstone. For three days, the initiate roamed the higher-dimensional "heavens" of the Father Universes, reacquainting itself with its higher-dimensional Oversoul and communing with the light beings who guide soul-evolution.

Now, 4,141 years later, as The Keys of Enoch reveals, the arrival of Orion directly above the capstone of the Great Pyramid of Giza catalyzes the ending of the cycle. The apex of the pyramid, its most energetically powerful feature, serves as the primary communications focus, as well as the portal into the higher dimensions, a particular function of pyramidal geometry. When the Pleiades appeared on the midheaven in 2141 B.C., the primary tuning of the pyramid was with this Mother center, which regulates the various life rhythms and cycles and also governs the more material aspects of Creation. With Orion ascending to the midheaven, we are now phase-locked with the doorway to the Father universes, the source of reprogramming for the planetary dimensional shift. We are in a space-time overlap, in which the third and fourth dimensions co-mingle. The Brotherhood of Light, according to The Keys, will soon return and take those who are prepared ("the righteous") into the next dimension of intelligence.
The Omega-Alpha of the cycle also brings the role of Sirius to the forefront. For some time I intuitively sensed Sirius was a major factor in the Time Spiral process. When I became aware that it was aligned with the lower south shaft at the beginning of Time Spiral, my hunches were confirmed. I wondered where Sirius would be at the end of the cycle. Rough calculations and estimations of the movement of star alignments with the precession indicated Sirius had ascended to align with the upper south shaft, displacing Orion, which had similarly ascended to the midheaven.
My observations were confirmed by the research of Doug Maxwell, and  by calculations done by Hancock and Bauval, which show that circa the Time Spiral initiation, Sirius was at 39 degrees, 1 minute on the 39 degree, 30 minute-angled lower south shaft, and at 2000 A.D. will be at 43 degrees, 30 minutes, very close to Orion’s earlier position of 44 degrees, 9 minutes and the slope of the upper south shaft of 45 degrees, 14 seconds.
The ascendance of Sirius to the upper south shaft creates an alignment with the King’s Chamber, the initiatory crucible in the pyramid. This may indicate that we are now being initiated into Sirian energies and consciousness. Sirius is often referred to as the chief Mystery School for those moving on beyond Earth experience. It is also the source of considerable spiritual evolutionary assistance from previous Earth "graduates" and the Great White Brotherhood, who are of primary assistance in making the evolutionary leap of the dimensional shift process. What is the nature of this next step? It is to manifest the principle of Cosmic Love.
The star shafts on the Great pyramid also tell us about the next stage of initiation and spiritual unfoldment for the species. The fallen energies of Alpha Draconis, Ursa Major and Minor are descending on the north side of the pyramid. Their influence is waning, along with the fallen consciousness of Self-forgetting that has preoccupied humanity during all of recorded history and probably much further back.
Father energies are now on the midheaven, anchoring us to the higher or Father universes, the ultimate source of Self-remembrance. Sirius ascends to the focal point of planetary initiation, bringing in the principle of Cosmic Love, the hallmark of the Christ energy and consciousness focused by Christ Jesus. Could Sirius represent the third aspect of the Holy Trinity, the Son/Daughter, Vishnu or Christ Principle? Could this ancient monument in stone be telling us that the Second Coming is upon us, and that Cosmic Love, the core of the Christ Principle, as well as planetary Christ consciousness are the next steps for humanity?
Whoever designed and built the Great Pyramid exhibited a level of intelligence and insight into macro-cosmic process far beyond any thing we are yet capable of comprehending. The pyramid was apparently created to catalyze the planet’s evolution, as indicated by all that we now know about the precessional cycle and the progression and dynamic interplay of key stellar influences. The information encoded within the Pyramid at Giza may be the harbinger of the Christed planet and species that are about to manifest as we pass through Omega-Alpha into the next cycle.
According to Gordon Michael Scallion and Moira Timms, Zahi Hawass, the director of antiquities at Giza in Egypt, has indicated that he and his company plan to place a capstone made of gold mono-atomic glass on the Great Pyramid at midnight on December 31, 1999. This has been confirmed by an Associated Press article on Friday, June 4, 1999, found in our local paper, the Herald and News from Klamath Falls, Oregon. The most potent feature of the pyramid, the capstone has been missing since the pyramid’s discovery. When the capstone is set in place, the Great Pyramid will be fully activated—in effect, switching on the power for the planetary grid. A huge surge of energy and consciousness—from all the entrained galactic, universal and omni-universal cycles as well as the key planetary influences aligned with the pyramid—will pour through the grid. All grid points, major and minor planetary chakras and ley lines will distribute the interplanetary "juice" to all parts of Gaia’s being, including humanity. In turn, our own subtle body and chakra systems, entrained as they are to Gaia’s, will light up.
If the plan to place the capstone on the Great Pyramid is carried out, there will definitely be some fireworks next New Year’s Eve. We may all be glowing like the ball that descends in Times Square at midnight each New Year. Zahi Harwass and company will have carried out their role in humanity’s evolution through the Time Spiral. This activation may well catapult us into a new level of acceleration as the cycles of the Time Spiral rapidly shorten, until we "spiral out of time" on July 26, 2000.

TIME SPIRAL ZERO: The end of the Time Spiral occurs on July 26, 2000. This date is exactly 8 (a Fibonacci number) years after the Time Shift of July 26, 1992. At the Time Shift, the Dreamspell calendar’s New Year was established as July 26. From 1992 until the end of the Mayan calendar in 2012, July 26 is called the solar/galactic synchronization date. At this point in the solar cycle, the third-dimensional physical locus of the planet phase-locks with fourth- and fifth-dimensional timing frequencies. It is important to note that the Mayan calendar considers this year to be the end of the age. The remaining 12 years until the calendar ends are called "The Beak of Time," a twilight period during which certain process are completed and integrated, resulting in the initiation of the new cycle.
In the ancient cultures of Babylonia, China, Mesopotamia, and Meso-America, July 26 was considered the beginning of the new year, the start of the new cycle. Long forgotten within most calendric systems, the importance of this date resurfaces in the Time Spiral date that concludes the grand cycle.

Have you ever noticed how many times you have looked at a digital clock and seen 11:11? During the past few years, many of us have seen this number far too often to be coincidence. Metaphysical author Solara has described 11:11 as an inter-dimensional synchronization frequency. Interestingly, 11:11 is also found in the Great Pyramid. The main numerical factor in the entire Giza complex is the prime number 11. (A prime number is divisible only by itself and 1. Examples are 5, 7, and 11. Non-prime numbers are divisible by numbers other than themselves, with whole-number answers. For example, 12 can be divided by 2, 3, 4 and 6.) The height to base ratio of the Great Pyramid is 7:11. The slope ratio of its sides is 14:11. Most importantly, the slope ratio of the southern shaft of the King’s Chamber—the shaft that was targeted on Orion’s Belt circa 2500 b.c.—is 11:11 (tangent 45 degrees). Bauval and Hancock have concluded that this could be a mathematical key to the "stargate" in Orion’s belt.
The number 11:11, then, seems to be a key harmonic to access the doorway to the Father Universes, which are catalyzing the dimensional shift. Eleven has been called the harmonic of the doorway of ascension, the portal beyond the physical. The repetition of this number symbolizes the resolution of duality through perfect balance and symmetry, or the underlying unity principle 1, as expressed in all of creation that is polar or dual. Past/future, male/female, light/dark—all polarities harmonized and balanced: this is what occurs during ascension, the next step beyond the dimensional shift.

The astrological chart cast for 11:11 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time on July 26, 2000 (above) reveals a fascinating pattern. A literal doorway is formed by two rectangles that are slightly out of vertical alignment, yet in perfect symmetry with each other. The Sri Yantra, an ancient spiritual symbol, contains triangles similarly overlapping in symmetry. The Sri Yantra unifies all dimensions of consciousness, through the juxtaposition of the triangles. Could the 11:11 a.m. July 26, 2000 chart symbolize humanity walking through the doorway that connects 3-D with the fourth dimension and beyond?

The end of the phi ratio Time Spiral is graphically echoed by the sacred geometric layout of the pyramid complex at Giza. Since the three pyramids are not quite on a straight line, they can be united by an arc. If such an arc is drawn through the three pyramids and continued, decreasing the curvature, a phi ratio spiral winds down to a zero point just beyond the Sphinx. Clearly, the pyramidal complex is resonantly attuned to a phi ratio spiral. Could this indicate that the pyramidal complex is designed to transduce the higher-dimensional energies and timing frequencies that will ultimately result in this planet’s shifting dimensions?
The end of the Time Spiral on July 26, 2000, simultaneously begins a new cycle. If a phi ratio spiral is initiated at the Time Spiral 0 on July 26, 2000, then July 6, 2013 mirrors 1987’s Harmonic Convergence, each date approximately 13 years from Time Spiral 0. The Omega Point, by Angela Browne-Miller and Charles Klotsche, cites 2013 as the end of the Aztec Calendar, and 2012 and 2013 have both been cited as the end of the Mayan Calendar. It could be that the full emergence of the cycle will occur at this time.
