HOW DO WE USE MIKAEL ZAYAT's OILS? Here are a few suggestions. But remember your intuition is always best. If not, I have an easy technique to ask your body for its current needs.
For blends, I recommend using only three at a time. It is best to space the application of the oils. For more, read Mikael's interview: http://www.4dshift.com/back/interview_long.htm From Marie's and Annette's own experiences and what customers have shared: All oils are safe to use on the soles of the feet anytime as they will spread throughout the body immediately via the bloodstream. Keep in mind that because they are therapeutic grade oils (100% concentrated), they are very potent. So use 1 drop (or 2) at a time. But you can use them throughout the day in moderation. I personally test every oil on a wrist or inside my elbow to see if I have a reaction to it. I never have, but my assistant does with some Cinnamon blends. I use the oils on myself all the time (but if I am going to be in the sun, I avoid Cinnamon, Bergamot and the Citrus oils.) For the CHAKRAS, put a drop directly on that area. Mikael likes to add a few drops of St. John's Wort to assist in skin penetration. ABUNDANCE : I put a drop in my hands, rub them, then touch money, a contract or whatever it is I wish to bring prosperity and joy! It WORKS! ADRENALS and ENERGY : I put a drop directly on the adrenals (in the back, just above the waist) and on the soles of the feet. KIDNEY & LIVER : Directly on the glands, etc. GARDEN, VALENTINE & WOMEN's BLISS : Behind the ears, as you would do with a perfume. RELAX & STRESS OUT : Inhale deeply and apply to wrists. ANGER OUT, FORGIVENESS, HEALING, PATIENCE & SELF ESTEEM : I apply a drop on my third chakra, two inches above the belly button. JOY, LOVE & PEACE : Rub one drop on the heart. NEGATIVITY OUT : Put a drop on the door knob or anyplace or anything where you want to clear negativity! ENDOCRINE, PITUITARY & PINEAL : 3rd eye, crown chakra, or the temples. Gently massage a few drops so it penetrates. MEMORY & CONCENTRATION : A couple drops to rub your whole scalp. Warning: the peppermint might keep you awake, so do not use 2 hours before going to sleep. SLEEP WELL : Inhale deeply. Put a drop on your pillow case, a handkerchief or a piece of cotton.
ALLERGY : Inhale deeply and combine it with IMMUNE UP on your wrists. BALANCE : Use at the base of the spine. Excellent for Rainbow therapy. DEODORANT : Apply a few drops in your hand and massage directly under the armpit area. It has also helped cleanse my lymph nodes of toxins in that area. EROTICA : One drop inside the elbow. FUNGUS OUT : Apply one drop on each affected toenail, morning and evening for a month or so. You can also put a few drops in a basin of warm water and soak your feet for a few minutes for athlete's foot. HEADACHE OUT : My brother told me he puts a drop directly on the area of pain before it gets too sharp. He said it takes the pain away in minutes. INDIGESTION : Rub your lower stomach. KNEE EASE : Rub a few drops on the knees. MENOPAUSE : Either 3rd eye, thyroid gland or pressure points around the ankles. OVARIES/UTERUS : Massage a few drops on the lower abdomen area, or on the inside and outside of the ankle bone reflex point. PAIN OUT : Apply directly on the pain and rub it in. SINUS : First inhale deeply for a few seconds, then apply a few drops on your sinus area on the face. If it is too strong for you, rub some on the top of your fingers and tops of your toes which are very effective reflex points. WRINKLE OUT : A few drops on your face. Goes well with Shea Butter. If you feel DIZZY, smell PEPPERMINT or rub your stomach with it. And remember that the FULL effect of the oil in the blood lasts 21 minutes. Wait one hour before applying again.
