CULINARY OILS
Some oils can easily be used in
the kitchen, if you are creative, but remember to use VERY little. If you have
a party, you can add 1 drop of pure Vanilla or Jasmine to your crème caramel or
crème brulee, or fruit salad!
Or add 1 drop of Coriander,
Cumin, Cardamon, Fennel (or Aniseeds) to your beans (2 drops if it is for 10
people or more).
1 drop of Cumin & Lemon to
your chicken, or Ginger to your shrimps.
Or for your soups add Thyme or
Oregano, Laurel & Cardamon!
Tiny amount is the secret, or
dilute it in vegetable oil. You may want to use a pipette
to use a minimum amount.
