2. Only diffuse therapeutic-grade essential oils. Be aware that essential oils from health food stores or places where
only topically-applied oils are sold are generally not of the quality you should use to diffuse and breathe from a
powerful cold-air diffuser such as ours. Many such oils contain vegetable oil or other chemical extenders, which
are not safe to breathe. Some of these oils are manufactured using high heat, chemicals, and pressure so the oil is
nutritionally "dead." Also, many of the "hot" oils sold by other companies that claim to be safe, are not safe for
diffusing in a diffuser as powerful as ours. Our diffuser could diffuse a whole bottle in only a few
hours. All

but at least 3 minutes for the wood ones.

Diffusing essential oils is a remarkably effective way to experience the wonderful benefits of therapeutic-grade essential oils.
When you consider the amazing surface area of millions of minute particles hitting the surface area of your lungs (approximately the
surface area of a tennis court), their potential health benefits are enormous.
Diffusers help kill microbes and inhibit harmful bacterial
growth; purify the air and neutralizes toxic pollution in the air (if not heavy)

UP your diffuser: Insert the nebulizer securely into the air pump, add some oil into it (never
fill up, maximum level is half inch, less than 10 mil - for the
wood ones it is more like 4 to 8 ml max at a time), plug in the
pump, adjust the dial to the desired pressure, and enjoy the aroma. WARNING:
if you fill it too full, the oil could get down into the pump, damage the
mechanism. NO WATER please, just use for shorter times.
CAUTION:
1. Do not diffuse essential oils carrying St John's Wort as it has
Olive oil.
4. For a home, do not diffuse oils for more than four 15-minute periods in one day. You can connect your diffuser to a timer to go on at various times throughout the day.
How to change oils and clean your diffuser
It is extremely convenient to change oils in your diffuser. There are no wicks to clean, no bottles to screw on, no metal parts to corrode
and no tube. It is just blowing air from the motor.
Simply add a teaspoon or two of Balsam Fir, rubbing alcohol or methylated
spirits to allow the last trace of the former oil to float to the top and diffuse for a minute or two. Add the new oil, and you're ready to go.
To keep your diffuser clean and at peak efficiency, use it on a daily basis
or clean it with
Balsam Fir. If an oil is allowed to sit in the diffuser for long periods of time (a couple of weeks or longer), it will begin to thicken on the sides and become solid. Citrus oils such as lemon or orange or blends with citrus oils in them (Light of God,
Archangel Uriel, Michael or Zadkiel) can begin to accumulate on the sides of the nebulizer.
Diffuse Lavender or Balsam Fir between citrus oils to help dissolve
this build up

Do not use our blends with St John's Wort maceration or pure Frankincense, Nard, Patchouli & Ylang-Ylang in it as it will block your diffuser. But you can diffuse pure Lavender (for relaxation) or Rosemary (for stimulation or to get rid of sadness), Lemon Verbena...
